Client Agreement

Every photo, video, and digital asset entrusted to us is handled with strict confidentiality and protected by robust security measures to prevent unauthorized access or sharing. Likewise, we treat our clients' financial information with the highest level of integrity, employing secure payment systems and safeguarding personal data. After signing, please confirm by replying to the email to acknowledge your signature. Once confirmed, both parties will receive an identical copy of the signed agreement.

family chart

We collect family information to organize your memories chronologically. The data is stored on our secure Google Drive Workspace. You can provide your family’s information in a Google Sheet or fill out the chart directly on FamilyEcho.com, the tool we use to make all family trees.

MUTUAL NDA

Once in a while, we have clients who prefer to sign a mutual NDA. This is not our requirement, but it’s available to you should it make you feel more comfortable. Conversely, we are happy to sign your mutual NDA as well.
