Your family's story is worth finding again.
We organize, digitize, and archive.
Every format, every memory.
You probably have photos in more places than you realize. Printed albums from the 1970s. Slides nobody has looked at in decades. VHS tapes your kids have never seen. A phone with 14,000 photos and no system. A hard drive from 2009 that may or may not still work.
Most families mean to deal with it. Life gets in the way.
We come to you, assess everything you have — physical and digital — and build a plan. Then we bring it all to our studio in Playa Vista and do the work properly. Every format handled. Every file is renamed and dated. Your entire collection is organized chronologically, backed up, and searchable on any device.
What comes back to you isn't just an organized hard drive. It's a library your whole family can actually use. Something your grandchildren will navigate. Something you can share with a sibling across the country tonight
OUR PHASED APPROACH
PHASE 1
Gather & Assess
We come to you. During an on-site Discovery Session — typically two to five hours — we review your goals, learn what you have, and gather the family context that shapes how we organize. Then we bring everything to our studio in Playa Vista.
PHASE 2
Organize & Curate
We build your Photo Management Plan and get your approval before anything starts. Then we go through everything — removing duplicates, duds, and non-essentials. Digital collections go first because they're most at risk of loss.
PHASE 3
Digitize, Scan & Transfer
Every printed photo, slide, negative, film reel, and tape is digitized at archival quality using the same camera scanning systems used by museums worldwide. Every file comes back renamed and dated — sortable on any platform.
PHASE 4
Project Delivery
Your collection is delivered in beautiful archival boxes with a USB drive or external hard drive. We walk you through a backup strategy and offer ongoing maintenance so your library stays current.
PHASE 5
Design & Enjoy
Now the fun begins. Custom photo books, gallery wall installations, private family websites, and slideshows. The work that turns an archive into something your family actually lives with.
